Every Saturday I try to feature a church on the St. Paul Real Estate Blog. This is the St. Paul Cathedral and a sneak preview of tomorrows post. The church is celebrating it’s 100 year anniversary this year. When I travel around the U.S. or when I visit foreign countries I look for churches. They are often stunning examples of art and architecture. By learning the history of a church I learn the history and culture of the people who live in the community.

We have a lot of water in Minnesota, after all it is the land of 10,000 lakes. This post isn’t really about water but I kind of liked the picture. For an update on the absorption rates for homes on the market in the St. Paul and Minneapolis, read my post. If market conditions in Minnesota are of no interest just look at the picture and move on.
Thanks to my friends at NeighborhoodsUndressed for dressing this place up. Not bad. :) I hope this doesn’t mean you expect me to write something decent.

They grow every where. This plant is eight or nine feet tall. The plants have multiple blossoms and are planted by gold finches. I can never decide if they are wildflowers or weeds but they are fun to photograph.

Near the Robert Street Bridge, on the Mississippi River at night and in black and white, it just looks better.
