Fall Real Estate Sales

Posted by Teresa Boardman No Comments »

I found these flowers in the park, they are called cosmos. The color is unusual, which is why I took the picture. I was supposed to be taking pictures of a condo. In Minnesota we have maybe one more month of flowers blooming, maybe less. We have about 8 more weeks before real estate sales almost stop. The buyers are out looking, hoping to move before the holidays. Sellers who would like to put their homes on the market this year should do so no later than October. Now would be better.

Water - Absorption

Posted by Teresa Boardman No Comments »

We have a lot of water in Minnesota, after all it is the land of 10,000 lakes. This post isn’t really about water but I kind of liked the picture. For an update on the absorption rates for homes on the market in the St. Paul and Minneapolis, read my post. If market conditions in Minnesota are of no interest just look at the picture and move on.

Thanks to my friends at NeighborhoodsUndressed for dressing this place up.  Not bad. :)  I hope this doesn’t mean you expect me to write something decent.
