Flowers Bloom in when it is below zero

Posted by Teresa Boardman No Comments »

Thought I would mix it up a bit.  There is snow outside and temperatures are in the single digits above zero during the day and below zero at night.  There are still flowers blooming. Just not outside in the vast frozen land I call home.

Ladies in Blue

Posted by Teresa Boardman 2 Comments »

These lovely Queen Anne homes are found in the older parts of St. Paul, and around the country.  They were built in the 1890’s.  They are sometimes called painted ladies.  Today I thought I would share part of my photo collection, and post pictures of some blue Queen Anne’s.  They come in most every color, so it you want to buy one and don’t like blue, just give me a call.

Halloween

Posted by Teresa Boardman No Comments »

My husband decorates for every holiday, well at least the outside of the house.  He hangs decorations from the porch ceiling, the kids that stop by for Halloween love it.  The ghosts and goblins disappear shortly after Halloween.   He takes one decoration and hides it somewhere in the house.  One year it was a bat in the fridge, another year is was a ghost in my shower.  I expect it every year but he always catches me off guard.  Just one of those strange holiday traditions at the Boardman house.
