Welcome To This Blog. For over a year Teresa Boardman and I shared ideas on what we knew about Local Neighborhood Real Estate Blogs. I know I gained more than I gave. Then for a few months Teresa was a consultant for us. Again, we gained more than we paid. In consideration of the kind way Teresa worked with me/us we will not sell anyone this blog. Teresa can be read on her St Paul Real Estate Blog. The link is in the blue bar above. Larry Cragun CiUn Inc. d/b/a The World Undressed

No posts for the last week because I was at the Inman Connect conference in New York City. Here are some photos I took the last day that I was there. When I finally got the chance to take pictures it was raining but I like the effect so I won’t complain.

Now I guess it is back to writing about St. Paul, MN. Nothing like going away for a few days. So many people want to see houses or list them. :)

Graffiti

Train B

Graffiti does not last long in St. Paul, it gets cleaned up almost before it dries.  The best place to see this urban art is at the rail yard.  More fun when it is warmer.  Some of the graffiti is truly a work of art.

Golf

The golf course was deserted today.  Could have been because of the wind or maybe it was the cold temperatures.  I guess that is why people who live in Minnesota take winter vacations.  I have to say it was quiet.  Silence is often misunderstood and highly under rated.

The Landmark Center Undressed

I keep taking pictures of the Landmark Center in St. Paul becasue it is such a beautiful building. This past Saturday it was opened but almost empty and so I got to wonder around with my camera. I admit I had too much fun. I left to fill some brochure boxes for my listings and ended up spending almost two hours taking pictures. . . but I didn’t forget to fill the boxes. :)

This was taken from the fourth floor. The atrium is wide open, and the floor below is used for large gatherings. While I was there a couple of people were scoping it out and planning an event.

The fourth floor hallway

This last photo is kind of freaky, but it was taken for a project I am working on that uses only black and white photos.

To both all three of my readers, thanks for stopping by and have a Happy new Year. I look forward to seeing you both in 2008.

Public Skating

The public skating rink downtown, Saint Paul.  I should be skating not taking pictures of people skating.  Not sure if I have mentioned it before on this blog but we have been getting a lot of snow this year.
